Today is World Sleep Day, a day to remind Ourselves that sleep is not a waste of time. It's a precious gift, a chance to recharge, To heal our bodies and our minds at large.

In sleep, we find a peaceful retreat, Where troubles and worries cease to compete. Our dreams take us to far-off lands, Where anything is possible, anything can be planned.

So let us take a moment to appreciate, The magic of sleep, the wonder it creates. Let us embrace the darkness and surrender, To the sweet release that slumber can render.

For in the quiet of the night, We find a place of pure delight. A place where we can truly be, At one with ourselves, completely free.
